Frequently asked pricing questions
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in INR plus 18% GST. Annual plans get a ~17% discount over the monthly rate. We accept cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay; international customers can pay through Stripe in USD.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Practice / Clinic / Hospital tiers come with a 14-day free trial — no card required to start. When the trial ends, your account moves to read-only and we'll email you. Pick a plan and you're back. Your data is preserved for 30 days even if you don't pick a plan; after that we securely delete it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can downgrade only at renewal.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Practice and Clinic tiers self-serve. For Hospital deployments we include white-glove onboarding (data migration from your existing system, staff training, custom integrations) at no extra cost during the launch year.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or charitable hospitals?
Yes — write to hello@medixar.ai with your registration number and we'll send a discounted quote.
What about AYUSH or medical-tourism modules?
Both modules are off by default. AYUSH is an add-on for Practice / Clinic tiers and included in Hospital; Medical Tourism is an add-on for Clinic and included in Hospital. Contact us for add-on pricing.
